Hello Fresh take 1!  
This evening I made saucy thyme steak with sweet potatoes and green bean amandine. Overall, the concept was good, however, Hello Fresh assumes that I understand how to cook. They assumed wrong. For example, I have no idea what it means to "cut steak against the grain." It was rather difficult.

Regardless, I did produce this:

Don't be fooled - it's all raw. I followed the directions exactly, but apparently it wasn't enough.
