* AREAS AFFECTED: SOUTHEAST VIRGINIA INCLUDING HAMPTON ROADS AND THE TIDEWATER AREA.
* HAZARDS: SNOW.
* ACCUMULATIONS: 1 INCH OR LESS.
* TEMPERATURES: FALLING INTO THE LOWER TO MID 30S TONIGHT.
* TIMING: RAIN WILL MIX WITH AND CHANGE TO SNOW AFTER MIDNIGHT TONIGHT... AND WILL CONTINUE THROUGH TUESDAY MORNING.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
