First day of school

2 hour delay!

Sadly, no snow, but we did get a bit of ice. At least, it could be ice. We ended up with a two-hour delay. The weather says:

* PRECIPITATION TYPES: SLEET MIXING WITH LIGHT FREEZING RAIN OR FREEZING DRIZZLE AT TIMES THROUGH EARLY AFTERNOON.

* ACCUMULATION: ICE ACCUMULATIONS OF A TENTH OF AN INCH OR LESS.

* TEMPERATURES: READINGS WILL CLIMB INTO THE LOWER TO MID 30S THIS AFTERNOON.

* IMPACTS: A MIXTURE OF SNOW... SLEET... AND FREEZING RAIN WILL CAUSE SLICK ROADWAYS... ESPECIALLY UNTREATED ROADS... BRIDGES AND OVERPASSES LATE TONIGHT THROUGH EARLY TUESDAY MORNING.
