Well, I'm here in Chestertown and all unpacked. It took us about 4 and a half hours to get here, which wasn't bad. I got to drive Dad’s car the last 10 miles too (I don’t care for driving his car – it’s very low to the ground).
Then I got to meet the rest of the RAs (there are 17 of us) We did some ice breakers and hung out. Each person is from somewhere different like
After dinner we had a mini-meeting and Jeneane (our RD) told us about door tags and such. My co-Ra is awesome! (Her name is Kim and she's also an RA at her school) So we did our board and doortags tonight -- theme is a patch-work quilt -- "separate we are one patch, but together we are a quilt." Very cute and easy to do. We have a bit to finish up, but nothing that bad.
A bunch of the girls and I wandered over, but the Ultimate Frisbee game was already over. We’ll have to see if we can catch it tomorrow. J
